13. Wobbmin: +Socially Awkward Introvert What I find interesting is that in Challenges, the picture of the galaxy for the See the True Ending challenge claims to depict both Galeem and Dharkon even though neither are in sight. I know it means something, I'm just not sure what.

20. sigmaul fire: +1upActive Master hand and crazy hand *in terms of story* are on equal terms, until the sub-space emissary occurs. Once Dharkhon plays his card, Crazy hand is nowhere in sight. So one could say, that the balance was kept for a long period of time, until one decided to overthrow the other.
21. Aleksi Taunimaa: These endings would actually be impactful if you fought actual characters instead of bushes and ladders.
22. Kaihedgie: He's not trapped, he was flatout murdered.
23. Kaihedgie: How many fighters and spirits you rescue has no bearing on either the light or dark endings
24. Wobbmin: Those bad endings actually made me bad for Galeem and Dharkon! I mean, THAT WAS BRUTAL! In a way, I guess the good ending is also the best possible ending for both Galeem and Dharkon, since neither got brutalized, they were able to restore everything, and they get to continue existing as Spirits.
25. Wobbmin: +bonsy246 Santiago At first, I thought that they were teaming up against the player, finally understanding the greater threat to both of them. But no, they were enemies to the bitter end. And it made for an awesome 3-way final battle!

29. Ralsei The Memelord: Guys so from what I understand in the darkness ending Mario dies because since Galeem absorbed everyone besides Kirby, and because galeem died all of the power was taken from the fighters and given to dharkon
30. Frisky Plays: Not gonna lie. Seeing the true ending when I first beat it I took a second to realize this game was amazing. Sure fighting spirits got annoying, but looking at the ending of the beginning of the game made me genuinely cry. Made me think back of all the hype with Kirby and all the characters struggling to escape. But smash bros will never fail to amaze the fan base. Thanks Sakurai. Take a couple months off sir. You truly deserve it.

42. sigmaul fire: I think what I loved most about this game, is that Galeem/Dharkon were introduced in this game, yet they feel like they've always been here since the first game. *Master hand/Crazy hand being their puppets* Then the sub-space war begun, where Tabuu was sent by Dharkon to take the world. Once defeated, Galeem decides to play his hand upon Tabuu's defeat, seeing of how the world could end without his interference, thus the first thing he does is demand the subjugation of all living things. Leading to an EPIC final battle between two gods, and heroes/Villains that inhabit this universe. No hero can be made without a villain. No light can shine without darkness. Such a poetic ending, and it makes me feel sad knowing this might be the last *Official* Story.

48. Akrilloth: Rather, i think we are gonna see a "True Final boss", where Darkhon and Galeem mixes into a "grey" being. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.

51. Socially Awkward Introvert: Wobbmin Galeem gets impaled, while Dharkon gets completely incinerated. While in the true ending, they kinda just fall into the water....

Godly Samrabbs: Ok so the true ending is to liberate EVERYONE which means to 100% the whole world of light and the dark ending is that there is little or none saved but the light ending is that you almost make it but it’s not enough that’s why in the dark you only see Mario but in the light you see like 6 or 9 characters that’s what iam talking about
53. Rhombulus The Time Out Guyღ: +Richie Osborn Actually, you don't need to beat all the spirits. After you defeat Master Hand and Crazy Hand twice each, you need to defeat enough light and dark spirits to make sure it's balanced on the final map when you reach the bridge to the final showdown.
